Reiki is a simple yet powerful healing modality that can help you heal physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and energetically.

You can experience Reiki as a client in the form of hands-on healing treatments that you receive from a practitioner or as a student/practitioner yourself through spiritual practice and self-treatments.

Both Reiki treatments and spiritual practices can help you:
  • reduce pain and dis-ease.
  • balance your energy and mind.
  • become more connected with true yourself.
  • feel more centered and grounded.
  • become more relaxed and feel in the flow of life.
  • experience less anger, fear, and worry.

In this FREE 1.5 hr class called "What is Reiki and what can it do for me?" we will be discussing the benfits of taking a Reiki class and establishing a spiritual practice.
  • Hear a brief overview of what reiki is and the benefits it can provide.
  • Experience a Reiki Meditation.
  • Receive a Reju, also known as a Spiritual Blessing.
  • Get an overview of what a Reiki Level 1 class will entail to see if a class is right for you.
