Meet Keslie

I learned this the hard way. On myself.

I spent years dealing with things nobody could explain and nobody seemed able to help. So I went looking for answers on my own. Hundreds of hours of training, study, reading, practice — not because I wanted to be a healer, but because I was trying to heal myself. And it worked.

Through that process, I realized I could help other people do the same thing. The combination of living it and learning it gave me something most practitioners don't have — I know what it feels like from the inside, and I know the tools that actually work because I used them on myself first.

How I Work

Every session is a blend of trauma-informed coaching and exploratory hypnotherapy — tailored to what you need. Coaching is how we find the blocks. Hypnotherapy is how we remove them. Some sessions are all coaching. Some go deeper. It depends on where your healing needs to go that day.

And if hypnotherapy sounds intimidating — think of it as a choose-your-own-adventure guided meditation. You're always in control. I'm the guide, not the guru — I suggest, you decide. I've done sessions with people's eyes open. I've worked with people who swore they couldn't be hypnotized. I work outside the box because people don't fit inside one.

Because I spent years doing my own trial and error, I have a huge toolbox — including things that didn't work for me but work beautifully for other people. My job is to help you find the tools that fit YOU. We try things, you tell me what resonates, and we build your personal toolbox together.

Then I send you on your way with it. The goal is always to get you to a place where you don't need me. Your toolbox goes with you into future situations, future challenges, future growth. And if you hit a new level and new stuff comes up — that's when you come back, and we add to the toolbox. No dependency. Just support when you need it.

We work together to find what actually works for you. We try things, you tell me what resonates, and we build a personal set of tools you can use on your own — long after our sessions are done.

Once your toolbox is built, you go live your life with it. If you level up and new things come up, you come back and we add to it. No dependency — just support when you need it.

Pricing

Sliding scale for healing sessions.

I offer sessions on a sliding scale between $75 and $250 because I believe healing should be both accessible and energetically sustainable.

This work is deep, intuitive, and trauma-informed. It takes presence, care, and lived experience — not just time.

There's no need to explain or justify your choice. I trust you. And your rate doesn't need to stay the same every session — if your situation shifts, you can pay more one week and less the next. You're never locked in.

Every session is 90 minutes. I do this intentionally — it gives us the space to follow each thread all the way through to completion. And if we don't need the full time? I prorate. I'd rather end a session early knowing you got what you needed than keep you there just to fill the clock.

Community Sustainer

$225 - $250

Choose this if you have access to financial abundance or stability. Your choice helps subsidize lower-income sessions. You're not just receiving — you're helping make this possible for someone else.

Standard Rate

$175 - $224

This reflects the full value of my time, training, intuition, and care. Choose this if you can comfortably meet your needs and this amount won't create financial stress.

Community Rate

$125 - $174

Choose this if you're meeting your basic needs but with some tension. If the standard rate would create hardship, this tier offers balance.

Supported Rate

$75 - $124

Choose this if you're navigating financial uncertainty or would be unable to access this work at higher rates. This range exists so healing remains accessible.

How many sessions will I need?

Some issues shift quickly — one or two sessions can create meaningful change. Deeper patterns usually involve multiple layers, and clients often see the most powerful shifts working weekly or every other week for 6-12 sessions.

Emergency support between sessions

Clients may request one emergency call per week, up to 15 minutes, when something urgent comes up. If a call goes beyond 15 minutes, additional time is billed at a prorated rate.

Couples sessions

Offered at the same sliding scale rates. We explore the younger parts influencing both partners and how they interact. Many relationship conflicts are actually two younger parts trying to protect themselves at the same time.

Inner Child Work

That part of you that learned the rules before you were old enough to question them? That's your inner child. They decided things like "love hurts" or "good things don't last" — and your adult self has been living by those rules ever since.

Inner child work is how we find that part of you, hear what they need, and finally give them the safety they never got.

Somatic Healing

Your body remembers everything your mind tried to forget. That tension in your chest, the knot in your stomach — that's stored experience your body never got to release.

Somatic work lets the body lead. We find what it's holding and give it permission to let go.

Empathic & Energy Work

If you've ever walked into a room and felt the energy shift, you already know what this is. You feel everything — and nobody taught you how to manage that.

We work with your sensitivity as the gift it is, instead of the burden it's become.

Nervous System Regulation

Your nervous system is the control center — fight, flight, freeze, fawn. When it's dysregulated, everything falls apart.

Regulation work teaches your body it's safe to come out of survival mode. Once it settles, everything else starts to shift.
