My 9-year-old daughter calls me a "Body Color Controller” because she says I help her to be in control of her [energy] “colors”. The “colors” she refers to are chakral energy. Each chakra has a color associated with it and these are the ‘energies’ I see within my mind’s eye. I may see these colors as just colors or I may see them as shapes or as actively moving colors.
When our energy is 'out of whack’ and/or we are trying to avoid emotions that are too big handle consciously, things like exhaustion, anxiety, pain and illness can run rampant in our bodies. After identifying the where and how the energy is out of balance, I can then help the client bring their energy back in the proper location, shape and size and teach them how to sustain it. It is a partnership between me and the client. In addition to ‘seeing energy” I can feel also sometimes feel the feelings and or see/feel inner children associated with physical ailments and pain. I say “sometimes” because, as I mentioned above, each body shows me exactly what I need to know, in exactly the way the clients need to hear it. Each experience varies greatly!
