Audio Instructions
To Listen or Download:
  1. Scroll down and find the Biohack you want to complete.
  2. Click on the icon next to the recording, where it says Download File. (see image #1)
  3. This will take you to a new page where the audio will automatically begin playing.
​To Download:
  1. Click Pause.
  2. Click the 3 dots on the right of the play bar. (see image #2)
  3. ​Click the Download Arrow to download the file to your device. (see image #3)

Writing Exercises Instructions
Complete Online or Hand Write: 
  1. Scroll down to the recording you want to listen to and find the accompanying Writing Exercise.
  2. Click where it says Download File(see Image #1), this will take you to a new page where you can complete the exercise online.
To Hand Write:
  1. Then click the download arrow in the upper right-hand corner, follow the prompts to download to your device, print workbook. (see image)
  2. Use a blank piece of lined paper to complete the exercises in the workbook.
